About Holiday Isle

Holiday Isle Owners' Association is dedicated to building a strong community and a high standard of living at Holiday Isle. We enjoy regular community events both within and beyond our walls.

HOA Manager, Cara Hall, has been with Holiday Isle since April 2023. She has been an islander since 2021 and loves sharing local secrets and favorite restaurants with visitors.

Holiday Isle maintains a full staff to aid us in the upkeep of HOA property. You will find a group of hardworking, team-oriented, and friendly people here at Holiday Isle. We work hard, but we play hard, too!

Holiday Isle is a fully concrete structure- no wood, metal studs and built on concrete pilings, therefore making the building much more resistant to storm damages. At 7 stories and 144 units, we are the largest building on the island.
